RETURNS & REFUNDS
JEWELRY
Due to the high value and delicate nature of our jewelry:
• All jewelry purchases are final sale
• Returns, refunds, or exchanges are not accepted
• In the rare event your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with clear photographs
• Upon approval, we will offer a replacement or store credit
All jewelry must remain unworn, unused, and in original packaging to qualify for any resolution.
ACCESSORIES (NON-JEWELRY)
Including hair accessories, scarves, and similar items:
• Accessories are final sale
• Returns or refunds are accepted only if the item is defective upon arrival
• Claims must be submitted within 14 days of delivery with supporting photos
CLOTHING
To ensure fairness and uphold hygiene standards, clothing returns are handled based on fit type.
Loose-Fit / Non Body-Hugging Garments
• Eligible for return and refund or store credit within 14 days of delivery
• A flat return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund
Fitted / Body-Hugging Garments (Including Nightwear)
• Eligible for one exchange only
• Refunds are not offered
• Exchange is subject to stock availability
All returned items must be:
• Unworn, unwashed, and unused
• With original tags attached
• Free from perfume, makeup, deodorant, or damage
SALE & PROMOTIONAL ITEMS
• All discounted or promotional items are final sale
• No returns, refunds, or exchanges unless the item is defective upon arrival
RETURN SHIPPING FEES
Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from applicable refunds:
• Canada: $12.99 CAD
• United States: $19.99 USD
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
