Return unused, unwashed, and unworn merchandise for a full refund within 14 days from the delivery date (online only).

In-store purchases must be returned within 14 days for store credit.

Final Sale items or seasonal items are non-refundable, as indicated in their product listing.
In-store purchases must be returned to a store location. Please note, merchandise purchased in our stores cannot be returned via mail. 

Any parcel returned after the prescribed timeframe shall be refused and returned to the sender. The costs and risks of the return of product(s) are borne by the sender.

To accept the return, the product(s) must be returned in full condition in its original packing, undamaged, with its label attached, not worn, and accompanied by all of its accessories.

Ensure all products are exactly as you received them, with the tag and seal still attached.
